• Horizons Software Development Team has joined a consortium which had been awarded the task of developing web sites for the “Technical and Vocational Training Corporation – TVTC” Main Departments along with new E-Services to manage training and certification services.

• CMMI Recertification: Horizons team completed successfully the re-certification of its CMMI 3.

• Horizons Ramadan Celebration: Horizons Cairo’s team held the annual Iftar party where employees and their families joined in celebrating the holy month.

• Ministry of Labor, Saudi Arabia: Horizons strategy team has started in summer of 2011 a project for strategic management at the ministry that will design the balanced Scorecard System for the Ministry and its affiliate organization and labor offices, and which will help establish the Ministry Strategy management office and prepare the Ministry to apply for the “BSC Hall of Fame”.

• Now Strategy Architect 4.3 is shipping.  It supports Strategy definition in more than one language and the ability to switch between them by various users. It has also  new customizable  briefing strategy books reports feature.

• Now PMOS 2.3 is now shipping:  Newly released PMOS 2.3 is now shipping with new features allowing more stakeholders to access the PMO system using a PMO portal and get real updates of projects, programs, and department projects status.  New project classifications, and coding information were added.
