1. EA-101; Introduction to Enterprise Architecture (1
day):
This is an introductory seminar intended for leaders and
managers of the enterprise. The
concepts of EA, Blueprinting, EA Frameworks, EA Business Models will be
covered.
An EA Framework cells will be used to introduce the concepts captured in an EA
blue
print in the domains of strategy, process, organization, and IT components of
the
organization.
2. EA-Modeling-102; Introduction to Business modeling
(3 day):
A business modeling course covering the business models
found in Zachman Enterprise
Architecture Framework. The course will introduce standard business
process,
organization, strategy, and project models. We will use the MAP tool to
demonstrate the
EA modeling practice.
3. BSC-101; Balanced Scorecard Executive Seminar (1
day):
It is a "what", "why", and "how" seminar designed for
leaders and managers. This is a
high-level overview of the balanced scorecard as a strategic performance
management
system. It includes discussion of balanced scorecard project benefits,
challenges,
scheduling, staffing, and automation.
4. BSC-210; Introduction to the Balanced Scorecard
Seminar (2
days):
Learn how to use Horizons STAR methodology to build and
implement a balanced
scorecard for any public or private sector organization. Participants will learn
how to
build and refine strategy maps and use them to manage performance, cascade
strategy
and align divisional units with corporate strategy and how to become a
Strategy-Focused
organization (SFO). Covers best practices, Harvard Business School case studies
and
real-life examples of scorecard systems. It applies to commercial
enterprises,
government, and not-for-profits.
5. BSC-220; Strategy Mapping Workshop (2 days):
Public two-day workshop A "hands-on" workshop to guide
participants to think
strategically, and offers many examples and exercises to stimulate strategic
thinking.
Participants will learn to build and refine strategy maps and use them to
manage
performance.
Prerequisite: 210.
6. BSC-310; Strategy Implementation Executive Seminar
(2 days):
Learn how to define the right measures, set proper targets
and strategic initiatives to
implement your strategy. Measure detailed information and initiative detailed
action
plans catalogues will be used to make your organization ready to start executing
your
strategy.
Prerequisite: 101 and 220, or 210.
7. BSC-320; Developing Balanced Scorecard Measures
and
Initiatives Workshop (4 days):
It is a "hands-on" workshop for users of balanced scorecard
systems. It Provides essential
guidance for deriving meaningful, strategic, and reliable performance measures,
and for
developing and assessing strategic initiatives.
Prerequisite: 101 and 220, or 210.
8. ITIL-101; Introduction to ITIL (3 days):
This is an introductory training course on the ITIL
standard for IT Services Management.
It covers the components of ITIL, and prepares the attendees to obtain the
ITIL
foundation certificate.
